Aside from the delicious barbecue and banana pudding, I go here to enjoy the staff as well. Beverly, Leanne and their staff are very friendly and helpful. It truly is a pleasure each time. Trish will take great care of you as well. My favorite is the fried pork loin. Don't judge me! It is so good and worth dieting a little after. 😁 also a great place for visitors to the area to take in a little Local Charm.

Food was fast and fresh Vegetables were home cooked. Service was friendly. Country casual setting. Good verity on the menu, including child and senior plates.

Green beans were good, salad was really good because they have the best darn ranch dressing but the Beef Brisket is so good that I ordered a pound of it to bring home. Never really had anything g bad here. It's just good southern food!!

My family and I tried Billy Bob's for the first time tonight, since moving to Carrollton. We all ordered different things and were very happy! Delicious food, great price and portion. Great family restaurant! Will be back for sure!

The food was a little pricey but it was phenomenal! The older lady behind the register was really rude as if she was just tired of working, but the rest of the staff was friendly! It was super busy and super clean! I will definately go back there again

The owners are locals and are so super nice. It is a favorite lunch spot for a lot of people in town (so if you are looking for privacy, this wouldn't be it LOL). Tons of variety for one place IMHO. Love love love!

It was okay. Nothing spectacular, also nothing to really complain about. What I would expect from a typical old fashioned BBQ restaurant. Service was good and there is a decent selection of food on the menu and it's reasonably priced. There is a BBQ place on every corner around here so it's hard for a BBQ restaurant to really stand out from the crowd.

Very neat and welcoming place. They provide big meals and for fair prices. We enjoyed the meals a lot and the staff members were super welcoming and explanatory. I recommend this place.

Wonderful food! We are from out of state and were looking for a place to eat. Driving by, they're full. Must be good! It sure was. Hospitality was great! The only reason I rated it 4, was because I thought my bbq sandwich needed more sauce. 😍

Good food, fair prices, atmosphere is what you'd expect from a BBQ shack, my only complaint is that the owner is unpleasant. She's a bit rough, even straight up mean to some customers. I don't realize if she behaves that way or not. I mentioned this to a friend who knows her family personally and she said, "Yeah, she's pretty abrasive unless you know her. I don't know why that is or if she thinks it's okay." And that is 100% true. I went here for lunch with my friend, there was the owner, and her faced turned from angry bulldog to a beaming light from heaven! She was all smiles and 110% southern hospitality service after seeing my friend, and know when she sees me she smiles. It's nice, but I'm not comfortable around people who are so rough towards their new customers.

I love the barbecue here. I always get the beef. Today I got a barbecue beef salad and a side of their awesome onion rings. It was amazing. I couldn't eat it all. I definitely recommend this restaurant. God bless.

Cannot say enough good things about Billy Bob’s BBQ! Service was fast and polite, and food was tasty and abundant. This establishment also supports America’s men and women in uniform by offering a military discount. Best BBQ joint in town!

This is a low-key "hole in the wall" BBQ joint that serves the best crawfish etouffee you will find anywhere...period!

Don't be fooled, this Carrollton mom-and-pop serves much more than just BBQ and it's all good! Try the cowboy burger or crawfish etouffee for a change from their great barbecue. Definitely worth a visit if you're passing through or you've been here for years.

I find Billy Bob's hit it miss. Sometimes their food is great, other times it is just okay. I do like they have legit Cajun items and their deserts are always great

This is an amazing hidden Jewel. I have not had the barbecue yet but the Cajun food is amazing. The wait staff is also amazing.

Love everything I've tried over the years. Great southern cooking. Favorites: Brunswick stew and Meatloaf.

Every time I come here they never have or will cook chicken livers. Tonight I came in at 7:50 pm they are open until 9pm. The waitress is complaining about people coming in at 8 and is throwing things. We will not be back.! If you don't want people coming in att 8 then close at 8!!!!!!
